Federation of Tibetan Cooperatives in India (FTCI)

Federation of Tibetan Cooperatives in India (FTCI) works with and supports 15 Tibetan cooperatives (made up of over 24,000 Tibetan refugees) across India to build towards strong, sustainable Tibetan settlements. These cooperatives work on different areas such as agriculture farming, cultural preservation, and employment generation.

The FTCI Delhi Export Unit was started in 1981 under the management of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA), with the aim of promoting and exporting Tibetan handicrafts. They work under fair trade principles and strive to achieve sustainability for their producer groups, grass root level workers, artisans and farmers in the supply chain.

FTCI produces all of our Dalai Lama quote scroll, mala beads and prayer flags.
