Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship orders to most regions (currently not Germany and Czechia)

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping rates are as follows:

UK £3.95

Europe £15.25
(We only ship orders of £15 or more to Europe given the high administrative costs associated with shipping internationally)

Rest of the World £25.65
(We only ship orders of £25 or more to Europe given the high administrative costs associated with shipping internationally)

 

PLEASE NOTE: you will likely have to pay import tariffs if you are ordering from outside the UK, Free Tibet accepts no liability for parcels lost due to unpaid import fees and we will not be able to offer refunds on these items.

 

How long will shipping to my region take?

Shipping times can vary by region, and can sometimes take up to 28 days. Generally we would expect shipping to UK addresses to arrive within 7 days. Orders to the rest of Europe may take up to 14 days. Orders to the rest of the world can sometimes take 14-28 days. 

PLEASE NOTE: that during holiday periods, these times may vary.

 

Do you accept returns?

We understand that choosing items online can sometimes be challenging, especially for clothing items. We are happy to offer exchange/refund on orders within 28 days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).
