Fair Trade Bone Finger Ring
In Tibetan culture it is key that deceased animals are returned to the earth by using every part of them for food, shelter, crafts, and this ultimately continues their essence in the universe. They have a phrase which roughly translates as "one life supports many".
This bone finger ring is hand carved from free-range yak bone and the yaks all died of natural causes. It is pictured here on a model with extra large fingers, so would fit the average persons hands well on the middle, ring or index finger.
